The Sales module has been carefully designed to help salespeople sell without being a hindrance. It helps you manage accounts and track sales opportunities from prospecting through to closure. Having used the mailing/emailing tools and prioritised sales leads, you capture and progress sales opportunities using a sales strategy customised to your particular needs and processes.

Optional, auto-generated tasks mean you never forget to call a prospect. Complete customer history is available at the click of a button. Sales managers have up-to-the-second information - the moment a customer call or sales opportunity is entered on the system, perhaps by a salesperson on the road, it is available for analysis.

 

Other management tools cover pipeline, forecasting, status, bottlenecks, actuals, weighted values, margin, won/lost and all the information you need for sales success.

Sophisticated search criteria can be employed to query the sales opportunities for example by product group or account manager. This base information can then be extracted for analysis via your preferred local analysis tools and for preparation of customized management reports.
