Use of Customer information
Anywhere SG is committed to the privacy of customer data. Anywhere SG does not share any other of The Customer information with partners or other organisations. Anywhere SG will use The Customer information as required to conduct its day to day business or to provide Customers with information about Anywhere SG's services or products or information on new or upgraded services or products.
Disclosure of Customer information
Anywhere SG will not disclose The Customer's information unless Anywhere SG has reason to believe that disclosing such information is necessary to identify, make contact with, or bring legal action against someone who may be causing harm or interfering with the rights or property of Anywhere SG, its Customers, or others, or where Anywhere SG has a good faith belief that the law requires such disclosure or is instructed by a court to do so.
Anywhere SG also will not, except for reasons stated below, disclose to third parties the contents of any electronic mail or other electronic communications that Anywhere SG stores or transmits for its Customers. The circumstances under which Anywhere SG will disclose such electronic Customer communications are when:
- It is necessary in order to provide service to The Customer;
- It is necessary to protect the legitimate interests of Anywhere SG and its customers;
- It is required to cooperate with interception orders, warrants, or other legal process that Anywhere SG determines in its sole discreation to be valid and enforceable; and
- It is necessary to provide to a law enforcement agency when the contents are inadvertently obtained by Anywhere SG and appear to pertain to the commmission of a crime.
Use Of Cookies
Anywhere SG limits its use of cookies to those which are reasonable to ensure efficient and good communication and security between the Hosted Service and the device on which the End User is accessing the Software. When the End User terminates a session by logging off, cookies and any information they hold are normally automatically destroyed. By accepting this Agreement the use of such cookies is explicitly accepted.
