What kind of commitment do you need?
We ask you to sign a renewable annual contract. You can pay monthly, quarterly or annually, payable in advance. Quarterly and annual payments attract a discount.
How many users must I have?
There is no minimum or maximum number of users. Contact Anywhere is as suitable for one-person companies as for hundreds of geographically-dispersed users. You can start with one user. Later you can vary user numbers as appropriate to your needs. Of course the more users you have, the lower the cost-per user.
As people come and go, you can easily re-assign users to make the most of your licenses.
Can you help with our specialised business requirements
No two of our customers work the same way, in fact we have been amazed by the sheer variety of businesses using our service. Although Contact Anywhere is highly flexible we often undertake special development to meet specialist needs. This might involve new screens, reports or administrative facilities.
In many cases this development can become part of the main application. However sometimes new development is best made available only to the sponsoring company.

Can you interact with my web site?

We can also provide variants targeted to specialist vertical/niche markets to support value added resellers.

Yes absolutely! This provides you with an excellent differentiator and is a great benefit of running an application on the web. You can set up specific access for your customers, strictly restricted to their own data. What kind of internet connection do I need?
We have designed Contact Anywhere to minimise use of network resources. We recommend a broadband connection. Dial-up works fine but is not recommended for full-time use.
Can we run Contact Anywhere from our in-house servers?
The software is available for in-house deployment on your own servers. This is typically of interest to larger customers.
Can I really trust my most critical data to you?
Yes, most definitely. Contact Anywhere runs on the most professional hosting service and we provide contractual guarantees that your data remains your property and under your control.
And the acid test. we use it ourselves!
What tools do you use?
We use Microsoft's ASP.NET architecture. Data is stored in Microsoft SQL Server on robust application and database servers with RAID arrays and failover capability.
This configuration is exceptionally powerful, robust and scalable. Databases with hundreds of thousands of records return searches in a heartbeat.
